Location: 1km east of La Riviere on PTH 3. If you're coming from the east, look for the Oak Valley entrance on your right (north). <
The middle two weeks of July see the tiny little hamlet of La Riviere become the region's centre of activity, as the renowned Oak Valley Productions stage their annual Passion Play at its picturesque outdoor theatre.

La Riviere Nature Watch Station
The scenic Pembina Valley is where Manitoba’s premier spring raptor migration of hawks and eagles takes place. You may spot a Bald Eagle, Swainson’s Hawk or Red-tailed hawk to name a few. Each spring La Riviere hosts an annual event called the Raptor Festival celebrating the migration. This event attracts hundreds of nature enthusiasts to this area to catch a glimpse of these birds in their natural habitat. Other wildlife to watch for in La Riviere include Beaver, Wild Turkeys and the Great-Horned Owl.
